CNC Machining
We provide precision CNC machining for steels, plastics, and other materials into complex parts. Our DMG MORI machines are equipped to handle the difficult jobs that require consistent quality, meeting even aerospace, defence, and medical industry standards.
Anodising
We offer a completely in-house anodising service. Anodising is an electrochemical process that converts the surface of aluminium into a hard, protective oxide layer improved wear and allowing finish that holds a variety of dyes.
PCB Assembly
Single prototype boards are welcome! We provide aerospace-grade, low-volume electronic manufacturing and high-quality PCB assembly for both prototyping and production, with complex designs completed in as little as two weeks.
3D Printing
Our SLA and FDM printers handle large, high detail prints and use materials with features such as heat and water resistance, with a variety of finish options.
LSR Injection Moulding
Our workshop can quickly produce custom Liquid Silicone Rubber components for sealing and interface applications in mechanical, electronics, and medical fields, including over-moulding for wires and connectors.
Design for Manufacture
We provide Design for Manufacture (DFM) feedback from our qualified engineers on all designs you submit to us.
